Observed 6 5 gallon containers of beef soup cooled from last night still at 49-51 degrees F. CDI cooling window missed product discarded.

Observed soups made previous day cooled in volume and tightly covered not allowing proper air flow to cool food. CDI cooling window missed product discarded. Also observed curry soup cooling at insufficient rate to meet cooling parameters . CDI vented and took to walk in cooler and proper cooling rate achieved.
