CDI: REHS provided guidance poster.

Food shall be safe for consumption, unadulterated and honestly presented. CDI: PIC moved the dented cans to the damaged cans location to be thrown away.

The PREMISES shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the PREMISES by: Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of FOOD and supplies;Routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests; Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control and Eliminating harborage conditions. Discussed with PIC on getting pest control to come out regularly.

Observed cleaning needed on the floors of the dry storage area, floors near the grill and three comp sink. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair and shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. Increase cleaning frequency.
