A storage area and enclosure for REFUSE, recyclables, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items, and clean to prevent attraction and harborage of pests.

These type of tile absorb moisture and not easily cleansable. 6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C). There is a missing floor tile in corner under dry storage rack, some debris have fallen into hole in floor. Replace so that floor is easily cleansable and to prevent pest harborage. Also in kitchen, ceiling tile in corner near refrigerator observed stained. Repair/replace ceiling tile. 6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C). Kitchen door, cabinet doors under hand sink, cabinet under cereal station, floors in kitchen under refrigerator and storage rack have build up. Clean as necessary to prevent accumulation of build up. Organize kitchen so as to facilitate easy cleaning.
