REHS aided food employee in the proper mixture of sanitizer. Sanitizer reading after remixing (50-75ppm). REHS provided PIC with mixing education hand out.

The PREMISES shall be maintained free of insects, rodents, and other pests. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the PREMISES by: (A) Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of FOOD and supplies; (B) Routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests; (C) Using methods, if pests are found, such as trapping devices or other means of pest control as specified under §§ 7-202.12, 7-206.12, and 7-206.13; Pf and (D) Eliminating harborage conditions. CDI-PIC cleaned out the cooler drawer, discarded all food items inside and said she would call pest control.

Racks in the reach-in rusted. Gasket on the make line and reach-in coolers are torn. Make line flip top is not holding TCS foods at 41F and below. Make line cooler observed with ambient temperature of 63F--(Maintenance repaired during inspection) Ice build-up present on the walk-in freezer door; visible hole in bottom of reach in cooler. Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Replace gaskets when torn. Repair reach in cooler or replace.
