CDI- PIC moved all items to the 3 comp sink to be properly cleaned before next use.

Observed cut lettuce, sliced cheese, pimento cheese, and shredded lettuce all above 41F. PIC voluntarily discarded the items. Observed raw bacon in the walk in above 41F as well. PIC placed item in freezer to quickly cool. A VR will occur within 3 days to ensure all TCS foods are being held at 41F or below.
