Observed no PIC on site during inspection, both employees were not able to find priority items and were not able to relay any information regarding FC.

Observed a large stand up cooler with ice cream, pizzas etc not working. There is a sign on it saying "DO NOT EAT, THIS IS TRASH." When EHS called they explained they were going to count it all and discard it once they came in. Reach in 1-with chili- has a large chunk of ice blocking the fans. Cabinet door is missing near the coffee station. Mopsink is cracked. Reach in 2-door is hard to shut and the handle is loose.

Observed black build-up at the mop sink. Prep units-inside and outside need cleaning. Trays under the soda boxes are full of syrup-need to be emptied and cleaned.
