When EHS called they explained they were going to count it all and discard it once they came in. Reach in 1-with chili- has a large chunk of ice blocking the fans. Cabinet door is missing near the coffee station. Mopsink is cracked. Reach in 2-door is hard to shut and the handle is loose.

Observed black build-up at the mop sink. Prep units-inside and outside need cleaning. Trays under the soda boxes are full of syrup-need to be emptied and cleaned.
