See temperature chart. The ambient air temperature in the top portion of the cooler is 53F and 46F in the bottom portion of the cooler. All items in this cooler are moved to the walk in cooler at night. The items in the cooler at the time of the inspection had only been there about an hour. All items were moved back to the walk in cooler. The PIC stated a replacement part has been ordered for the cooler. Ice baths will be used in cooler until a repair is made. Temperature logs will be kept. VR- A verification visit will be made to facility. Repeat violation. s

Observed the main prep top cooler is not cold holding TCS foods at 41F or below. The reach in cooler beside the main prep cooler is also out of order. Equipment must be maintained in good reapir. Repairs needed on both units.
