Observed dispsenser out of QAC sanitizer . CDI instructed and demonstrated mixing of chlorine sanitizer and surface where salmon was prepped was resanitized using chlorine mixture at proper concentration. Eco lab rep arrived and is to provide facility with new container of QAC sanitizer.

Repeat violation CDI discarded products.
