There was a sink in the girls restroom that was broken at the wall. Observed several restrooms or hand washing sinks that did not have paper towels. Repair damaged faucets and sink and restock paper towels as needed.
6 30 FLOORS: WALLS: AND CEILINGS: Floors, walls, and ceilings clean and in good repair 30# (.2410) No No No No No Observed broken or damaged floor tiles throughout the entire school. Carpets in the office area, library, classrooms, and band room were soiled, stained, or torn. Walls in the stairwells have paint cracking and coming off the walls. Walls in the halls are mildly soiled. Observed floors throughout the school that were soiled. More detailed cleaning of floors is needed. More detailed cleaning where carpets are soiled and repair or replace where torn. Repair walls and repaint where needed as frequently as needed to prevent paint from cracking off wall or becoming soiled.
