There is an exterior door into an area that the WIC and WIF are in from the main kithcen, there is another exit door located near the walk-in freezer had sunlight coming through the door and it may become an entry for insects and rodents, this is the door that goes directly outside. A door sweep needs to be added here. Pests were not observed during this inspection.

This is technically a repeat item but there has been improvement made on gaskets as noted before and have been cleaning. Work at cleaning insides of equipment such as reach in coolers and freezers at a regular interval. No points taken because the item marked last time has been resolved.

Only single service stored upstairs on shelving. No food products.
