No food contamination occurred. 2-301.14: Observed employee that was working with raw chicken touch handle of fry basket with contaminated gloves and then another employee touch handle with gloved hands and then touch cooked chicken livers. Food Employees must wash hands after handling soiled equipment or utensils and before food preparation, handling clean equipment and utensils and unwrapped single-use/single-service articles. P CDI: Educated PIC on handwashing. Chicken livers were voluntarily discarded. Employee changed gloves and washed hands.
