Hot held items on the main line like the fried chicken patty (111F), grilled chicken tender (120F), and steak (106F) were observed below 135F. All hot held TCS foods using temperature for safety must be maintained at 135F or above. All items were voluntarily discarded by PIC. Verification Required by 3/26/26 to ensure that hot held items using temperature for safety are kept at 135For above. |
