[REPEAT] Repair ceiling tile framing and HVAC ceiling vents to have no accumulated rust or peeling paint. [REPEAT] Observed areas of exposed bare wood surface where paint is pitted and peeling from wall surface in restrooms due to water damage near toilets and hand wash sinks; Repair walls to have no exposed bare wood and to be smooth and easily cleanable on all surfaces. [REPEAT] Repair/Replace water damaged ceiling tiles in dining room area. Replace water damaged ceiling tiles. |
