Sanitizer buckets with wet wiping cloths, on the serving line, had <50ppm. Staff are changing out the sanitizer buckets with freshly made sanitizer solution more often, but the solution in the buckets dissipates rapidly. The well water might be a factor in this. Recommend increasing the concentration of the sanitizer at the source.
