The floor of the can wash is pitted but has been recently painted. Walls can ceiling appear to have been painted recently. Paint is chipping in a few areas on the walls (and pipe near milk box) and ceiling.

The air conditioning unit within the kitchen is not functioning, creating an excessively hot environment. Kitchen is 82F near the hand sink and much hotter by the cook area. Outside temperature is 63F and breezy. The hood system works but makes such much noise that staff can not hear the children when they come through the line. Ventilation shall be sufficient to prevent excessive heat.
