Hand wash sign at the hand sink near the pizza oven was not posted. It was sitting flat on top of the paper towel dispenser. Post the hand wash sign at the hand sink so it is visible.

The walk in freezer is not functioning properly. Repairs were being made during inspection. All food items inside the walk in freezer meassured 33F and below. A plan is in place to move all items within this unit to Dudley High School, which is across the street if repairs cannot be made within the next couple of hours. Person in charge is monitoring the temperature of TCS foods. Make all needed repairs. Contact Evan Parsons at 336-706-1629 when repairs are made. 3 door freezer near the pizza oven is not in use. Make repairs or remove the freezer.
