Wall panel is loose behind the stove. Seal panel to wall. Floor discoloration and debris were observed behind the stove and near the exit door. Clean this area of the floor a greater frequency. Piping insulation was not smooth and easily cleanable behind the ice machine. Floor deterioration was observed behind the dish machine. Repair floor. The drainboard above the dish machine showed gap at the wall. Seal drainboard to the wall. Wall trim between panels showed damage in the kitchen. Replace damaged trim. Repeat violation. Ceiling vent in storage room showed dust buildup. Clean these surfaces at a greater frequency. Light shield damage near exit door and near bathroom. Replace light shields.. Ceiling vent near exit door was rusty. Repair or replace vent cover. Repeat violations.
