There are bags of bleach gallons in the floor at the handwashing sink and a microwave that is blocking access to the handwashing sink. Remove these items and place them elsewhere so there is adequate room to access the handwashing sink; CDI: PIC moved these items making the handwashing sink accessible.

1 point: REPEAT: Cove base along floor-wall junctions and walls around fryers have accumulated grime that needs detailed cleaning. The floor throughout the facility needs to be cleaned under and behind large equipment.
Walls and/or floors in the facility need to be cleaned at the following areas:
in the corners behind and next to the fryers
the floors under the preparation sink
walls and inside basin of the mop sink
6-501.12 - Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions. Physical facilities shall be cleaned at a frequency needed to keep them clean. Clean under the three compartment sink; clean under the preparation sink.
Floor drains also need to be cleaned.
REPEAT: Soap and paper towel dispensers need to be repaired at each handwashing sink. Handwashing sink has a large chunk of porcelain missing from it on the left side. Several areas of the facility need to be repaired:
Reattach the handwashing sink to the wall in the kitchen.
wall next to the 3 door reach in cooler where it is damaged
wall in the bathroom where the FRP has bowed
the baseboards in the bathroom have bowed and need to be reattached to the wall
6-501.11 - Repairing: Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair.
Repair the door frame just inside the entry to the kitchen area.
There are ceiling tiles missing in the ceiling of the facility; work is being done on the back preparation room and the ceiling is not finished yet. Replace any missing ceiling tiles. The wall in the bathroom is bulging and needs to be tighten to the supports behind the wall. PIC stated someone was planning to work on this soon but there is concrete behind the FRP wall and he will have to use special equipment to do this.
There is wall damage to the left of the three door Blue Air reach in cooler. Repair this.
