Baseboards discolored in the dry storage room and to the right of the vent hood. Gap was observed between the wall and baseboard in the dry storage room. Make needed repairs and clean buildup from baseboards.
6-501.11 - Repairing: Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair.
