I will be back in 10 days to verify that chlorine test strips have been purchased. 4-303.11 Cleaning Agents and Sanitizer, Availability (Pf): Sanitizer shall be available at all hours of operation. There was no sanitizer made at the start of inspection. CDI-the PIC made sanitizer to 100 ppm.
