General CommentsEHS reviewed permit conditions and annual paperwork. Permit conditions were updated. EHS calibrated food thermometer to 32F. When the Environmental Health Specialist (EHS) arrived, no staff member was willing to assume the Person in Charge (PIC) role. Midway through the inspection, a food employee (Jaylin McNeill) arrived, stepped up as the PIC, and actively engaged showing a eagerness to learn and immediately correct violations on site. EHS provided food employees with an in-service addressing risk factors found during current inspection. Employee Food Safety Training PowerPoint was provided to review at their leisure. Establishment may request a re-inspection via email.
