6-501.16 Drying Mops (C). Mops observed hanging to dry with the head at the top of the holder. Mops should be stored with the head at the bottom to prevent wastewater from dripping onto the handle of the mop. Recommend providing mop holders at the outdoor mop sink to allow for proper drip drying over a sanitary basin until the indoor mop sink can be repaired, |
