Corrected during inspection (CDI) - pitcher was removed. Ensure that handwashing sinks are used only for handwashing. Also recommend that staff remove their gloves & wash their hands each time they are leaving the immediate cooking area - keep sink available for immediate use when returning to the area. Handwashing sinks shall be kept accessible at all times & may not be used for anything other than handwashing.

Chicken salad (45) in the reach under the prep cooler was also over 41. Have cooler serviced or all items in this cooler will need to be placed on TPHC. As of 1/1/19, all TCS foods held cold shall be held at 41F or below. Half credit will be assessed on next inspection if any foods are over 41F. Service was called in during inspection, VERIFICATION required in 10 days. Cheeses were placed on TPHC due to frequent restocking. Discard times noted today.

Clean items. Observed residue built up on the wooden shelves under the front counters. It may be helpful to sand & refinish the inside of the cabinets. Observed discoloration of the caulk behind the 3-comp sink & the dishmachine. Clean areas. Non-food contact surfaces shall be cleaned at a frequency that precludes an accumulation of soil & residue. REPEAT but improved.
53 0.50 Physical facilities installed, maintained and clean No Yes No 6-501.11 Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, & Fixtures-Methods - C - Observed some broken tiles in front service area, near cooler doors & by the handwashing sink. Also observed rust on vent covers in the kitchen. Repair tiles, new covers are ordered, waiting on electrican to install. Observed some damage to the wall behind the cabinet where the drink station is. Also recommend sanding or scraping walls in kitchen to remove adhesive residue & make the walls smooth, easily cleanable. Reattach wall panels where loose on grill side. Observed bulbs burned out in kitchen & one flickering in the men's restroom. Physical facilties shall be kept in good repair. Floors have been scrubbed & much improved, full credit not assessed if improvements continue.
