6-201.13 Floor and Wall Junctures, Coved, and Enclosed or Sealed (C)- Observed deteriorating coving in the walk in cooler and around the outside walls of the walk-in cooler. The walk-in cooler wall facing the self service area has missing coving/sealant. The concrete area on the employee side of the display area is missing sealant. There is some exposed concrete throughout. The floor and wall junctures shall be coved and sealed. ~REPEAT~
6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C)- Observed large accumulations of ice on the ceiling and floor of the walk-in freezer. PIC stated a work order had been placed for the issue. Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. ~REPEAT~ |
