Need to keep in a clean location. Cleaned equipment and utensils shall be stored in clean, dry locations.
47 0.50 Equipment, food & non-food contact surfaces approved, cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used No No No 4-202.15 Can Openers (C)- Observed the can opener being used to open cans of food. When checked, observed a black build-up around the blade of the can opener. The blade can only be removed with a screwdriver. Needs to be cleaned. Recommend replacing with a can opener with a pull-ring to release the blade so it can be easily cleaned. Cutting or piercing parts of can openers shall be readily removable for cleaning and for replacement.

Staff stated that they had not been able to pen that lid due to it being locked. CDI- Staff cleaned the milk cooler. Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.

Observed the floor of the walk-in is bowing and missing some plugs. Observed a couple stained/moisture damaged ceiling tiles in the dining area. Needs to be repaired/replaced. Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.
