6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C)- Observed the wall paneling in the produce walk-in was separating and creating large gaps between panels of the frp panels and gaps between the paneling and the wall. Observed missing coving in the walk-in. Observed the hinge to the men's restroom door is damaged and causing the door to no close properly. Needs to be repaired. Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. |
