4-501.113 Mechanical Warewashing Equipment, Sanitization Pressure (C) Observed that hot water dish machine max psi was 4.8. The pressure for the final rinse, sanitize cycle, of hot water dish machine may not be less then 5 psi or more then 30 psi. Educated PIC on issue with the pressure for the dish machine. PIC stated that it is a new dish machine and will get eco lab out to look at it. -No points taken since was able to get correct final rinse temperature. |
