6-201.11 - Floors, Walls, and Ceilings: Establishment must provide floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings that are designed, constructed and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Antislip floor coverings may be used for safety reasons. Observed damage to tile floors, base boards, cove molding, wall corners, missing pieces to drop ceiling through kitchen area.
6-501.114 - Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter: The establishment shall maintain a premises which is free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used.
Observed old equipment and storage outside and in back of facility. Have discarded.
