P During inspection 2 bottles of ibuprofen were found on top of the microwave on a food prep table. CDI by having the medication relocated. 7-102.11 - Common Name: Label working containers of chemical with common name. Pf During inspection 1 bottle of glass cleaner was found in a container labeled for peroxide disinfectant. CDI by PIC voluntarily discarding the entire bottle and product.

Use methods such as open/vented shallow pans, large ice baths and active stirring. Cold air must flow around product to remove the heat. Pf During inspection 4 containers of sliced meat were found cooling in the walk in cooler from prep ( sliced meat, ambient cooling). These products were stored in sealed and stacked containers. CDI by unstacking containers and removing lid to allow for quick cooling.

During inspection 1 dead roach was found in the store room. Upon questioning PIC stated that the premises had been sprayed somewhat recently. CDI by PIC removing the dead pest.

During inspection the prep sink was found to have a broken weld where the sink meets the prep table. Repair or replace the damaged sink. If the sink is to be rewelded notify the LHD of the material used for the welding prior to doing the work. Additionally both door gaskets for the walk in cooler & freezer are damaged and 1 of the dry dish storage racks has rust damage. Replace damaged gaskets.

Additional cleaning need on the walls and floor surrounding the soda syrup rack near the walk in freezer.
