P Observed Cobb Salad temping 57F. 1-door Cobb Base reach in ambient reading 63F. CDI-PIC stated salads were prepped in morning and moved to walk-in cooler to cool down. EHS checked salads 30 minutes later and salads were cooling within correct parameters. (See temp log) |

Drink dispensers dispense when ice bin is open. Fries 1-door reach in freezer with ice accumulating. Cobb Base reach In ambient temping at 63F. CDI- PIC moved Cobb Base reach in to back area to be replaced/maintenanced. |
