CDI - PIC relocated the eggs to the bottom shelf. 3-304.15 (A) Gloves, Use Limitation (P): Employee observed cracking raw shell eggs with single use gloves and continuing to prepare food without changing. Discard gloves after a task is complete or any time they are damaged or soiled. CDI - REHSI intervened; employee discarded the gloves and washed their hands
