General CommentsGrease Bin area outside of back door has a lot of grease build up on the ground and is running off. Dispose more carefilly if possible and if spil occurs, use kitty litter or coffee grounds to soak up, then uoui can slee/ shovel most of it out easily Thank you all so much for the many improvements including, cleaning areas well( a lot of work went into this!), removing almast all unused equpnen that was everywhere counters tops can be seen and used now!! And last but not leas\t, the sizeable investment in much needed brand new cooking equipment- Please send spec sheet for the new hot hold cabinet and request approval for new qupement that uo want to purchase, just so we can make sure it fits needs and is approved. Handouts new to EHS given to PIC today to help train staff in their new postions and focus primanrly on the last few Serious repeat items as these must gain long term correction.
