During inspection 1 bottle labeled as sanitizer was found with deodorizer in the bottle. Upon further investigation both chemicals are in the same style bottle and are the same color so they appeared be have been confused when the spray bottle was refilled. CDI by PIC voluntarily discarding the spray bottle and the product within. |
