4-202.15 - Can Openers: Cutting or piercing parts of can openers shall be readily removable for cleaning and for replacement.
(REPEAT) The existing large table top can opener is no longer approved for use due to it requiring use of a tool (Screw driver) to remove the blade for cleaning. Replace the old can opener with an approved one that does not require use of a tool to allow proper cleaning.
4-501.11 - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment: Equipment shall be maintained in good repair.
Found the gasket of the walk in cooler has torn. Additionally, the air drying rack in the dish room has exposed layers of paint. Have this repainted to be smooth. |

In-use test strips have lost the label that shows the expiration date and concentration colors. CDI by finding a new container of test strips that expire in 2027. |
