Observed crumbs and dust on the non-food contact side of a large salad bowl. PIC states they do not use these bowls anymore except to store snacks or drinks. PIC states they will move the bowls so that crumbs a cannot fall of them. |

(REPEAT) Gaskets on chemical storage side hot hold cabinet are torn. Wire racks inside 1-door reach in cooler and clean dish rack are starting to chip enamel/paint. PIC was able to show work orders for these items for the summer. |
