During inspection 1 pan of hard boiled eggs and 2 small containers of hot dog chili were found missing any date marking. CDI by PIC labeling the container of eggs and voluntarily discarding the chili. |

( Repeat- Greatly improved from previous inspection.)
During inspection a few dead bugs were found in the dry storage closet behind the door. CDI by having PIC sweep up and remove the pests. |

6-501.12 - Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions: All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair and shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products.
Some additional cleaning needed on floor behind the fryers and on some of the air return vents.
6-501.11 - Repairing: Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair.
A few of the older ceiling tiles need to be replaced due to what appears to be water damage. |
