6-501.111 - Controlling Pests: Observed a couple flies in the kitchen and the drive-thru area during time of inspection. Keep the premises free of insects, rodents, and other pests.
Note: The establishment has a pest control plan, and the establishment has means to stop flies from entering the building. The PIC contacted pest control to add some more lights and deterrents at the drive-thru area. |
