General Comments

-EHS arrived at a much earlier time of day than in previous visits. Staff was putting away breakfast items and had not begun food prep or food service. Ham sandwich, salads and fruit was already prepared and cooled in the RIC and will be served at lunch [temps taken]. -No additives are being used. -Shrimp was frozen in the WIF from Farm Week. -Pasteurized eggs and juices are being used.
