-Great hand hygiene; Food employees were changing tasks and washing hands properly during visit. -Food prep for teacher appreciation and regular service was occurring. -TPHC was posted and procedures listed; majority of food was already placed on the line for the students [fewer final cook temperatures today]. -Observed food employee using her thermometer to take internal temperatures.
