General Comments

-Beans were cooling properly but second temp was not recorded due to beans going into oven later in visit. -Delivery was occurring during visit; all food was still frozen and being placed in units or already in the WIC/WIF. -Food employees were washing hands properly throughout the visit. -TPHC procedures were posted and being followed. -PIC reviewed with EHS employee exclusion/restriction from memory; excellent managerial control. -Reviewed or observed cooling, thawing and reheating methods. -NOTE: equipment is still scheduled for repair this summer [ticket placed for warming cabinet and ware washing unit]; we reviewed her ware washing procedures with the 3-comp. -Recommend re-sealing or painting the wall corner in the employee bathroom stall this summer [minor damage].
