General Comments-One box of unwashed tomato stored above ready-to-eat washed carrots and cheese [not a pattern; one instance]. -PIC provided tickets for items due for repair: ware washing machine, floor tile and steam well. -TPHC times were not yet posted due to how early EHS arrived; food is held warm until lunch service starts and times are posted. Procedures were posted on the side of the warmer and staff was knowledgeable. -Very little food was in cold storage due to nearing the last day of school.
