(A) A FOOD that is unsafe shall be discarded or reconditioned according to an APPROVED procedure.
CDI- flour bag was voluntarily discarded. It seems as if the bag of flour in questioned was not use because another open bag had a scoop. |

4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C): Observed gasket to the middle hot box out front, in loose condition. Observed small ice build up in the walk-in freezer. Check for any loose gap/ gasket
