General Comments

Establishment continues to be extremely well organized, clean, and well-maintained. PIC has excellent knowledge and managerial control. -Repairs and improvements since last visit: Ceiling tiles and FRP replaced throughout the facility. Most of the coving and all corner strips replaced. -PIC will contact the state of NC to find out if the prep sink is necessary. -Tomato sauce: TPHC and procedures and times are all posted and up to date. -Quat sanitizer is used -All meats are pre-cooked or RTE [no raw animal products].
