General Comments-Food employees demonstrated knowledge for EHS regarding employee health and did an excellent job with hand hygiene during visit [multiple times proper hand washing and glove use was observed]. -Suggested to PIC that he monitor the customer self service units to make sure there is adequate air flow around the products [keep products toward the rear of unit, do not over fill, do not stack too many products on top of one another]. There were not temperature issues at our visit, this is just something to monitor]. -Suggest to PIC to verify the contact time of the quat spray sanitizer for surfaces [EHS looked up online and it stated 15 minutes]. -Food Manager Certificate: white binder in deli
