- Floor tiles crack throughout the kitchen (floor tile in front of fryers and in front of and under 3-compartment sink;
-Floor in outside WIC is detach and no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
-Coving tiles damaged or missing below drive-through window, by the order counter, by office, by back hand sink.
-Coving is missing in the chicken WIC, allowing water to seep through.
-Coving behind fryers is coming apart from wall.
-One leg stabilizer to The 3-comp sink is missing (using a hotel pan to level the sink.)
6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions (C)- (A) PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
-Chicken WIC fan covers has black dust residues.
-Floor has water collecting throughout and especially on the broken tiles floor.
- Ceiling vents and filters has black residues throughout the kitchen. |
