6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C) - Observed low grout in between floor tiles located by equipment under the hood, ice machine, and dish area. Add more grout to level with tiles. Also observed broken wall near back door. REPEAT
