6-202.15 Outer Openings, Protected (C)- Observed walls screens in supplemental kitchen are have gaps in bottom of frame, exposing chicken prep table to the elements. Protect outer openings of establishment from insect or rodent entry. Facility has made large strides in repairing screens. New ones look great. |
