P *** Raw repackaged chicken leg quarters were stored above repackaged pork and beef items of the reach in freezer. There was raw ground beef in the store display case being stored above intact thin steaks. These items were moved to prevent contamination in the store display case. There will be a 72 hour verification conducted on 3/30/2026 to verify compliance with storage order for reach in freezer. |

*** Ceiling tiles material is absorbent and not easily cleanable. Ceiling tiles need to be replaced with an approved material that is smooth, durable, and easily cleanable.
6-501.11 - Repairing: Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. *** Holes in walls around the facility need to be repaired. The coving is missing on the floor near the poultry/cheese display case. Floor around hot water heater is not in good repair. Floor under the display cases are damaged. The wall at the can wash is not in good repair and not easily cleanable. |
