Cooling breakfast items such as scrambled eggs and sauce were found at 90-95F about 1hr after removing from hot holding. The products were placed in a stand-up cooler in plastics containers with tight lids.

Previous leak caused ceiling tile staining in dry goods room. Leak has stopped and some tiles have been replaced, but still awaiting one more tile to be replaced.
