6-501.11 - Repairing: Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. Observed light fixture over main prep space missing. Cut off due to roof leak. School is having entire room currently replaced. Maintenance patched leak above light fixture. Has power cut off to fixture and has removed shield and bulbs. |
